Product Description:
This formula, Echinacea Plus, is designed to help fight off bacterial and viral infections. It is indicated for abscess, bacterial infection, cankers, bronchitis, colds, croup, fever, flu, fungus, herpes, hepatitis, kidney infection, laryngitis, mastitis, migraine, pneumonia, post nasal drip, rheumatic fever, sinusitis, sore throat, staph, tonsillitis, tremors, and tuberculosis.

The best success has been achieved with bacteria and microbial type problems with limited success with fungal, yeast and viral caused conditions, wherein formulas Candida-X and Viral-Aid would be more effective.

INGREDIENTS:
Aproprietary blend containing - PRIMARY:
ECHINACEA ROOT (Echinacea angustifolia) 200 mg. - Recent research indicates that Echinacea neutralizes hyaluronidase, an enzyme produced by invading bacteria. This enzyme tends to break down hyaluronic acids, which is the intercellular binding substance of tissues.

Therefore, Echinacea inhibits the invasion of patterns of bacteria into the tissues of the body.
Some theories are that Echinacea activates the production of interferon.

GOLDEN SEAL ROOT (Hydrastis canadensis) 100 mg. - Because of its hydrastine alkaloid, it is a specific for healing the mucus membranes or inflamed tissue in the body.

SECONDARY:
PROPOLIS (Bee Hive Glue) - This herb is a product of the manufacture of the bee hive and is produced in minute quantities. Effort to collect it is rewarding as it has effective anti-bacterial and antifungal properties.

MYRRH GUM (Myrrha) - Myrrh triggers increased manufacture of white blood cells which are especially helpful in pus type infections.

SPIRULINA (Spirulina platensis) - High in vitamin 'A' and chlorophyl. Spirulina is important in combating infection. It also counteracts a known side effect of Golden Seal, that is, depletion of 'B' vitamins, through the naturally occurring 'B' vitamins found broad spectrum in the Spirulina.

GARLIC (Allium Sativa) - Garlic, a known total body tonic, helps activte the immune system but also has anti-microbial and anti-fungal effect as well.
