HAWTHORN BERRIES STD EXTRACT (2%) Although not recommended in emergencies due to its slow action. Hawthorn Berries is known for its heart sustaining action. It is general tonic for heart disease patients. Specifically it is indicated for intocarditis, myocarditis and pencarditis. It can be used over a prolongs period without danger of toxic problems. It aids heart rhythm also.

MOTHERWORT (Leonurus cardiaca) - Its latin name, cardiaca, indicates a heart tonic. It is considered an antispasmodic anodyne and an emmemagogue. It's also considered a nervine and favorably influences nervous tension and muscular rigidity. It seems to have a sedative action and is recommended for irritated conditions and anti-rest spasms, such as wakefulness, restlessness and disturbed sleep. Palpitations and general durability are also aided.

VALERIAN ROOT (Valeriana officinalis) - An anti-spasmodic and a nervine. Valerian is used for hysteria, epilepsy, headaches, mental depression and despondency. It is also a cerebal and spinal stimulant. It's considered a fine carminative for all types of nervousness. It deals well with lack of muscle coordination. Valerain has a gentle stimulating influence in matters involving nervousness or depression.

CAYENNE PEPPER (Capsicum annum)- This herb, a specific dialator or vaso-dialator, is high in vitamin C and bioflavins which are needed for vascular integrity. Considered the purest stimulant in nature, Cayenne is highly stimulating and yet, not irritating to the system. It also acts to strengthen the heart and vascular system. It seems to nfluence better vascular tone. Considered a vasometer stimulant and nerve stimulant revulsant, Cayenne also stimulates the viscera thus influencing the heart, and thereby mildly and gently increases its force and rate.
